You and our team’s safety continues to be our top priority and we would like to share with you the steps we have implemented. – Day tickets can now only be bought online and are dated. This is to control the numbers in the event, to ensure social distancing and to assist the NHS Track and Trace scheme. – We have added an additional hand washing area and will have hand sanitiser available around the site. Sanitiser will also be available to buy in the gift shop and you are welcome to bring your own. – All visitors are asked to wash or sanitise their hands before entry to the event. Remember to sing “Happy Birthday” twice to make sure you’ve washed them for long enough. -To help keep up the high standard of hygiene at skylark we kindly ask you please to wash or sanitise your hands before each activity and before eating or drinking. -The Bouncy Castle will not be available this year, however, our popular Jumping Pillow will be open to use and enjoy. The number of users on the jumping pillow will be monitored at busy periods to ensure you all have enough room to bounce about safely. – We ask all visitors to please be patient, there may be queues to enter the site and for certain attractions, but we endeavour to keep these to a minimum. – For your safety and our staffs, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning regime for the entire site especially on the Jumping Pillow and gift shop. – Some of our staff may be wearing PPE, please reassure your children we are still the same fun-loving staff under the mask and always happy to help. – You are very welcome to wear face coverings if you feel comfortable doing so and remember, please postpone your visit if you or any family members feel unwell or show symptoms of COVID19.
